A: Absolutely nothing. Your information is yours. Bike McCall will never sell your information or spam you with emails or offers.
Q: I just created an account and the auto-generated password is gnarly and hard for me to remember. Can I change it?
A: Yes. After you log in, you can select the "View your profile" link (near the center/top of the page), and then the "edit this information" link (a few lines down). From there, you'll be able to change all of your account profile info, including your password.
Q: I forgot my Password. Can I retrieve it?
A: Yes, but it's a bit unintuitive, so don't feel bad. Simply attempt to log in with your Username and ANY password. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a "Recover Password" link that will walk you through things.

A: No dice. You'll have to create a new account. If you're totally in love with it, email us and we may be able to help. But we don't recommend that.
Q: Someone is spamming the heck out of the Bike McCall Forum with posts and replies that don't belong here. What can I do?
A: Please contact Bike McCall so that we can clean up the mess and block that user. Thanks for your help!

A: Not sure at this time. Still working on it.
Q: Does the site support Gravatars?
A: Yes. But it seems that they are only working for Blog at this point, not the Forum.
Q: What's a Gravatar?
A: It's an icon that you can associate with your email address, so that it shows up next to your comments, etc. Go to http://en.gravatar.com/ to get one.
